Monotype Example
February 2015
Monotypes on Aluminum
5"x7" (each)
These two little prints were quickly pulled for my students as Johnson State College as an example of how diverse the monotype process can be. I grabbed some leaves off of a bouquet of flowers that was passed its prime and did this in a few minutes. The ghost print (top) has become my favorite with the plant form process as I am always amazed by the amount of detail a leaf or flower leaves behind on the plate.
