This drawing became so complicated that I decided to use linoleum instead of cheery wood. This will still take a long time to carve but using a hardwood would have taken much, much longer. I plan to post sporadic scans of the carving in process and hope to have it finished in 2-3 weeks and then pull some proofs and then create a color block for the edition.
