Pulled a few proofs the other day off of a new block of wood.  There are a few minor corrections to make but I am really pleased with the results.  The photo is a little off but I am ready to pull a big edition on some nice paper for my annual holiday greeting card.  Should have it printed by the middle of this week and then I'll add some letterpress the following week.

I pulled a handful of prints off of each plate over the Open Studio Weekend and this is the best for the right-hand panel.  While the color is not a rich as the other proof-print, the land mass is stronger and has a better sense of space.  With a little work both plates should print better the next time around.

Pulled a handful of proof prints over Open Studio Weekend in Vermont and this is the best of the bunch.  The color came through without getting muddy but the plate needs some more work.
